Therapists at SBP&W each have a unique fee schedule and a specific list of health insurance companies with whom they have contractual agreements. In addition, some therapists may offer services at a reduced fee for patients who do not have health insurance. For more information on each therapist's specific list of participating insurance panels, and for information on reduced fee arrangements, please call SBP&W at 631-941-2210. Please note that if your therapist at SBP&W does NOT participate in your insurance plan, but your plan includes out-of-network benefits (e.g., if you have a PPO plan), your insurance company will still cover a significant portion of the services you receive. Procedures, co-pays and deductibles for out-of-network services differ from plan to plan (even between plans offered by the same insurance company), so if you are unclear about the details of your specific plan you are encouraged to either call SBP&W or your insurance company for clarification.
